KUALA LUMPUR (July 19, 2011): The High Court today ordered a to pay RM300,000 in damages for defaming Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Rais Yatim.
Besides the sum awarded as compensatory, aggravated and exemplary damages, High Court judge Datin Zabariah Mohd Yusof also ordered Amizudin Ahmat to pay RM100,000 for legal costs...LAGI...
